• Annual Premium: £32.00 per year, billed annually
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Pricing may change with advance notice

4.2 Free Trials

• New users may receive a free trial period (7-14 days)
• Trial periods begin immediately upon signup
• You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before trial ends
• Only one free trial per user

4.3 Premium Features

Premium subscriptions include:

• Access to global leaderboards
• Complete puzzle archive
• Advanced statistics and analytics
• Exclusive achievements and badges
• Ad-free experience
• Priority customer support

4.4 Billing and Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• We do not store payment card information

4.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain premium access until your subscription expires
• No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
• Cancelled accounts revert to free tier features

5.1 General Policy

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion
• Technical issues or service outages may qualify for refunds
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method

5.2 Eligible Circumstances

Refunds may be considered for:

• Extended service outages (>48 hours)
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Technical problems preventing service use
• Accidental purchases (within 48 hours)

5.3 Refund Process

• Include your account email and reason for refund
• We will respond within 5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Share accounts or circumvent access restrictions
• Use automated systems (bots) to play the game
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

6.2 Leaderboard Conduct

For premium users accessing leaderboards:

• Play fairly and honestly
• Do not manipulate scores or completion times
• Report suspected cheating to us
• Respect other players and maintain appropriate conduct

6.3 Enforcement

• We may investigate suspected violations
• Violations may result in account suspension or termination
• We reserve the right to remove users from leaderboards
• Severe violations may result in immediate account termination

7.1 Our Content

• The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Game puzzles, interface, and code are protected by copyright
• Trademarks and logos are our exclusive property

7.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., display names)
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• Game statistics and achievements are considered our content
• You must not infringe others' intellectual property rights

7.3 DMCA Compliance

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at dmca@hexicon.online with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• Your electronic or physical signature

9.1 Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions
• Premium subscriptions may receive service credits for extended outages

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.1 By You

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• You may delete your account from your dashboard
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

11.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• In case of Service discontinuation, prepaid subscriptions will be refunded pro-rata

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will continue to apply

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Process

1. Direct Contact: First, try to resolve disputes by contacting us at support@hexicon.online
2. Informal Resolution: We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days
3. Formal Proceedings: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales

12.3 Jurisdiction

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales for any legal proceedings.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
